Remake the city of Din'Lux with new location tiles and re-zoning decrees that evolve the game board over time. Give in to temptation and spend powerful Favor tokens to help both yourself and the Cult.
The Winds of Change expansion introduces the cult favor mechanic to the game as well as all new location tiles that you'll integrate over time through successive plays, gradually altering Din'Lux as you know it. This expansion also unlocks options for co-op and solo campaign play.
